We need to heal.
We are experiencing unprecedented times. We need to relentlessly heal.
Nature heals. Reflection heals. Adjustment, especially through acute self-awareness during and after pain and loss, heals. Meditative stillness, walks, and bike rides heal. Reading, writing, and lifelong learning heal. Therapy, life-coaching, counseling heals. Boundaries heal. Being true to ourselves heals.
As we move through loss and pain personally and while journeying beside others, how do we get through it? How do we authentically support one another and care for self? How can we show up in ways that help and elevate? How do we ensure we open our hearts and hold each other with love, not judgment? Trauma has no statute of limitations and is often completely opaque, invisible to the unaware, glossed over by the non-observer.
Work on being an observer from this day forward. It is never too late. From 13-93 you build your hope muscle. To get to a healed state, we must set aside time for self-understanding. When we “Read, Reflect, and Act” we are living the Universal Intentions way. Be still today in order to gain clarity and then…take action. Keep moving closer and closer toward knowing what needs to heal for you and what ignites love.
Then, honor the healing and shift into love. Your personal change will impact the global force for good. One-at-a-time personal transformation fuels global goodness. Your move toward self love and peace creates a new world order that listens, learns, shifts, and soars to shape our collective humanity with your intentional kindness. Time spent healing self is time well-spent healing our whole world.
