Deb Sakry Lande is a marketing, communications and youth development professional. Her for-profit, nonprofit, public, and private work locally and nationally is highly regarded for its lasting impact. Deb is deeply passionate about about working alongside young people as they develop mental and physical strength while experiencing career opportunities of their choice. As co-creator of the Universal Intentions book and movement, she helps youth and the communities they build around them expand the love, belonging, and joy they need daily.
Ursula Pottinga CPCC, CNTC, CEO of Profound Growth. Ursula coaches and trains individuals and teams in the areas of transformational
leadership and effectiveness. She co-created, with Ann Betz, the Seven Levels of Effectiveness and BEabove Leadership, which are foundational to the book Universal Intentions.
Both have beautiful families that bring them great joy. Ursula is also a Grandma to two little girls.
